This company is not providing professional service. They did the job but did not take the proper preventative measures... as the chemicals are not safe for tiles and it has caused my tiles to be stained and ruined. They did not disclose such information to me beforehand and now refuse to handle this matter appropriately and did not repair my tiles after they ruined them. It has been proved by different tile-makers that the chemicals they use are not safe for any tiles and will leave them damaged if exposed to such chemicals. Even after making this mistake they refuse to rectify it and now my tiles are left ruined.read more

Sean and Heaton Carpet Cleaning did a really great job quickly and professionally cleaning a three seater sofa that I’d... spilled a drink on and had tried to clean myself. I thought it just had a nasty stain on from my cleaning attempt, but the whole sofa now looks brand new. Our minimum call out charge is £50.
Our carpet cleaning prices for Stockport & Manchester are very competitive. You may see cheaper prices from other companies on Facebook offering rooms for £20 which is fine, however the quality of this service will not be on par with Heaton Carpet Cleaning. Usually these providers are using small Karcher Puzzi machines or other domestic machines such as rug doctors.
The machines and chemicals we use are professional grade and we cannot compete with domestic machine prices. Most carpet cleaning companies clean around all your furniture. We don’t advise this. With Heaton Carpet Cleaning we try our best to move all furniture and clean the whole area.
We usually work in teams of two. This allows us to move certain furniture safely and effectively.
